This oil landscape is from Marshall Point Light house, Port Clyde, Maine. The afternoon sun was lighting up the railing of the light keepers house and garden. I wonder if Forest Gump climbed those stairs.

“Grab Your Mallets”
This 12″x12″ oil painting on gallery wrapped canvas is a fun colorful painting I did this past snowy winter. I bought a bunch of old croquet balls at an antique show and the cadmium orange Fiesta Kitchen Kraft was already in my collection. I love color, I love orange, I love nostalgia!
This is one of my first attempts at oil – a study of Paul Landry”s Nantucket Rainbow. I wanted to play with painting rainy reflections. This painting remains in my personal collection and is titled Rainy Day Market.
